My Little Sprint Drink for Working Online ⚡

Today I’m sharing one of my favourite homemade drinks — something I created with the help of ChatGPT.

I call it my Sprint Energy Drink.

It is not a real “energy drink” like the ones you buy from a shop. It is more like my little focus ritual for the days when I sit down to work online, write content, learn new things, or simply try to stay consistent with my goals.

There is something nice about having a drink beside me while I work. It makes the whole process feel a little more enjoyable, a little more intentional, and honestly, a little less boring.

This drink is light, fresh, fizzy, and slightly herbal. It has green tea, lemon, rosemary, lemongrass, dried tangerine peel, and sparkling water.

For me, it gives that “okay, let’s get started” feeling.

Not magic.
Not a miracle.
Just a small routine that helps me get into creator mode.

Ingredients

  • Green tea bag or green tea leaves: 2–3 g
  • Lemon juice: 10 g
  • Lemongrass: 1 g
  • Dried tangerine peel: 1 g
  • Rosemary: 0.5 g
  • Sparkling water: 500 ml
  • Ice cubes: as needed

How to Make It

  1. Add the green tea, rosemary, lemongrass, and dried tangerine peel into 100 ml of hot water.
  2. Let it steep for 10 minutes.
  3. Add ice cubes and lemon juice.
  4. Pour in 500 ml of sparkling water.
  5. Mix well and enjoy while working, writing, learning, or planning your next move.

The taste is refreshing, a little citrusy, and lightly herbal. The sparkling water makes it feel more fun than regular tea, and the green tea gives it a gentle boost without feeling too heavy.

I like drinking this when I’m working on my online business or creating content, especially on the days when I need a small push to sit down and focus.

Sometimes productivity is not about forcing yourself harder.

Sometimes it starts with making your workspace feel better, preparing a drink you enjoy, opening your laptop, and telling yourself:

“Just start.”

That is what this drink is for me.

A small ritual.
A little energy.
And a reminder to keep going, one focused session at a time. ⚡
